400G RX integrated optical subassembly integrates all optical components at the RX end of the high-speed optical transceiver module, including Receptacle, Collimator, Z-block, Lens array, and Prism. Based on the Z-block technology platform, the assembly and coupling of high-speed optical transceiver modules are greatly simplified.
It can be CWDM or LAN-WDM, and the switch only needs to replace the Z-BLOCK component based on TFF technology.

400G RX Optical Engine has precise pitch value and error, the pitch can be 500um±3um, 750um±3um (customizable). The Beam size is less than 11um, which can be perfectly matched with PD arrays.
Comply with Telcordia GR-468-core standard, and also meet the requirements of HAST 105℃ RH 100% 168H test.
